Netcall launches Liberty Artificial Intelligence (Liberty AI)

Posted on May 4, 2022October 24, 2023

LONDON, UK: Netcall plc (AIM: NET), the leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, announced the launch of Liberty AI, bringing new AI capabilities to the Liberty platform.

This announcement further strengthens Netcall’s comprehensive Intelligent Automation platform, incorporating AI, RPA and Low-code, providing additional differentiation in the marketplace and revenue opportunities.

The addition of AI to the Liberty platform positions Netcall in a rapidly growing market, with worldwide AI software revenue forecast to total $62.5 billion in 2022, an increase of more than 20% from 2021, according to data from Gartner, Inc.1

Liberty AI addresses one of the key ongoing challenges in the uptake of AI across enterprises where the scarce availability of data scientist capabilities prevents implementation of AI. Market research also shows that only half of AI projects make it from pilot into production, and those that do take an average of nine months to do so2.

In contrast, using Liberty AI, customers are guided through a set of intuitive steps, using their data to add intelligence into their business processes. In addition, Liberty AI will offer further pre-trained AI models available within the platform for fast and easy implementation – all without the need for data scientists.

Liberty AI can add value to a wide range of existing use cases. For example, within healthcare Liberty AI can assist in improving the appointment attendance by predicting the likelihood of a patient attending a given appointment time. If Liberty AI determines the probability of attending falls below a certain threshold, it can automatically suggest a better time. Liberty AI can, for example, also help augment customer service by using AI to predict the demand in various business functions, such as a contact centre to help ensuring staff are deployed in the most effective way.

Henrik Bang, Chief Executive, said: “We are excited to offer this new easy-to-use AI functionality within Liberty, increasing the attractiveness of the platform and underlining our differentiation in the customer engagement and automation markets. With the launch of Liberty AI, we have taken another considerable step forward in the evolution of Netcall and look to the future with confidence.”

Netcall’s Liberty software platform with Intelligent Automation and Customer Engagement solutions helps organisations digitally transform their businesses faster and more efficiently, empowering them to create a leaner, more customer-centric organisation.

Netcall’s customers span enterprise, healthcare and government sectors. These include two-thirds of the NHS Acute Health Trusts and leading corporates including Legal and General, Lloyds Banking Group, Aon and Nationwide Building Society.
