PARIS, FRANCE: Ordissimo has acquired American company Pix Star Inc. and of all the connected digital photo frame technology it markets.
Ordissimo thus reinforces its position as a leader by entering a market segment experiencing strong growth in the United States and in Europe.
This acquisition will be accretive to Ordissimo’s income from 2022. However, the full potential of this acquisition will be reached in 2025 given the impact of the cost of the license on the net margin until the end of 2024.
This acquisition, the price of which remains confidential, is carried out partly by bank loan, and partly by means of the capital increase carried out in December 2021.
In addition Ordissimo acquires all of Pix-Star’s technology, software, servers and all trademarks in the world through a license on each product sold by the American company acquired over the next 3 years.
Ordissimo will be able to develop its range of senior products in the United States thanks to the Pix-Star brand, and quickly boost the activity of connected photo frames in Europe, thanks to its distribution networks and direct sales.
