Foresight Enterprise VCT to offer £30 million of new shares

LONDON, UK: The board of Foresight Enterprise VCT announced intention to launch an offer for subscription to raise up to £20 million (with an over-allotment of up to £10 million) through the issue of new ordinary shares.
The prospectus, which will contain full details and the terms and conditions of the Offer, is expected to be available in January 2022.
Foresight Enterprise VCT (formerly Foresight 4 VCT plc) is a generalist fund aiming to provide investors with attractive returns from a portfolio of investments in fast growing, unquoted UK companies.
