PARIS, FRANCE: BIO-UV Group signed a protocol to acquire 100% of the capital of the company Corelec, one of the French leaders in swimming pool water treatment solutions by salt electrolysis.
The acquisition will be finalized and effective no later than November 9, 2021.
Through this operation, BIO-UV Group significantly strengthens the activity of its Land division by taking a key position in the private swimming pool market in France.
Corelec is one of the leading French manufacturers of electronic swimming pool water treatment solutions, with a full range of salt chlorinators and pH regulation systems under the Akeron brand.
Corelec distributes its solutions throughout France and generates around 10% of its turnover from exports.
