OSLO, NORWAY: Swedish pension fund, Försäkringsbranschens Pensionskassa (FPK), invests SEK 500 million in Heimstaden Bostad, partnering with industrial owner Heimstaden AB and institutional investors Alecta, Folksam Group, the Swedish Pensions Agency, and Ericsson and Sandvik’s pension funds.

FPK manages a defined benefit plan for people who are, or have been, employed in the Swedish insurance industry. FPK has SEK 18 billion in assets under management and invests in a diversified portfolio of Bonds, Equity, Real Estate, and Alternative Investments.
The investment will be completed in the fourth quarter.
