LONDON, UK: Puma Alpha VCT has expressed intention to launch a fundraising offer to raise upto £20 million.
“Puma Alpha VCT announced its intention to launch a new offer for subscription in November 2021 to raise up to £15 million with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £5 million,” a bourse filing said.
A prospectus containing further details will be available to shareholders and potential new investors on the launch of the Offer.
Puma Alpha VCT is a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) that invests in growing businesses with experienced management teams.
