PCI Pal adds Amazon Connect and Marketplace to its partner eco-system

LONDON, UK: PCI-PAL, the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, announced a further strategic expansion of its market leading partner eco-system with an integration to Amazon Connect, Amazon’s omnichannel cloud contact centre solution.

Amazon customers can now access PCI Pal services across its global cloud platform from anywhere in the world via their existing AWS Marketplace agreements.

PCI Pal is the first global vendor in the secure payments space to achieve this, further illustrating its class leading cloud technology, as well as its commitment to a partner-led sales approach.

Commenting on progress, James Barham, CEO of PCI Pal, said: “We have built substantial momentum in this business by executing a disruptive strategy in a market that has historically been burdened by hardware solutions.

Our vision has always been to be the preferred solution provider to third parties, and this exciting new relationship with Amazon Connect further illustrates our ability to partner with leading brands as we continue to expand our routes to our core addressable markets.

“I am particularly pleased that we are the first global vendor in our industry to achieve AWS Marketplace availability with our Amazon Connect integrations. Amazon Connect is one of the fastest growing CCaaS1 platforms in the world, with clear international reach.

We have supported a number of Amazon Connect customers with our services for some time, and this formal relationship with Amazon takes us to the next level. Our class-leading cloud product-set, as well as our decision to host our own platform in AWS, has certainly been beneficial to us in reaching this agreement.”

PCI Pal is a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that empower companies to take payments from their customers securely, adhere to strict industry governance, and remove their business from the significant risks posed by non-compliance and data loss. www.pcipal.com
