DUBAI: BH Mubasher Financial Services, a leading company in the UAE’s financial market, held its Annual General Meeting on 24th March 2021, which adopted a resolution to change the name of the company to BHM Capital Financial Services.
The AGM was chaired by Mr. Al Hurr Mohammad Al Suwaidi, Chairman of BH Mubasher’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Al Hurr Al Suwaidi said, “We are pleased with BH Mubasher’s 2020 results, and our effective navigation of unprecedented times during the year. The successful vote to change the name of the company to “BHM Capital” along with the positive review of our financial success during the AGM reflects our strength of position.
Al Suwaidi continued, “Over the past year, BH Mubasher has expanded and diversified the range of products and services offered to its clients to include investment management, market making, liquidity providing, introducing services, corporate advisory & research, and now we are starting a new chapter with the name ‘BHM Capital’.
We will continue to deliver the same level of unparalleled services that is expected of us, and we look forward to building on our esteemed reputation. The change of name to BHM Capital illustrates our evolving position and growing ambition within the finance industry, locally and regionally.”
The AGM also reviewed and ratified the auditor’s report for the financial year and approved the continuation of the external auditor for the company for the year 2021.
Shareholders also considered and reviewed the Directors’ remuneration with no more than 10% of the net profit during the AGM.
