PARIS: Total SE Board of Directors met on February 8, 2021, and decided to propose to the Shareholders’ Meeting, which will be held on May 28, 2021, the distribution of a final dividend of 0.66 €/share for fiscal year 2020, stable compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2020.
Given the three interim dividends of 0.66 €/share previously decided by the Board of Directors, the annual dividend for the fiscal year 2020 will amount to 2.64 €/share.
Subject to approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting, this final dividend will be paid in cash exclusively, according to the following timetable:
Ex-dividend date for shareholders is June 24, 2021 and date for ADS holders is June 22, 2021.
Payment date for shareholders is July 01, 2021 and payment date for ADS holders is July 16, 2021.
