SINGAPORE: Ayala Corporation has announced the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the change of name of AC Energy Inc. to AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation.
AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation (ACEIC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation, received on 19 November 2020, a copy of the certification of the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission dated 18 November 2020 approving its change of name from AC Energy Inc. to AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation.
This is in line with the previously announced consolidation of the Ayala Group’s energy, water, and infrastructure businesses under ACEIC, as approved by the Executive Committee of Ayala Corporation on 21 April 2020.
ACEIC is the holding company for the listed energy platform AC Energy Philippines (ACEN).
