OSLO: First Mover Group (FMG) continues expansion in Europe with the opening its first office in Krefeld, Germany, a news release said.
Krefeld is located outside Düsseldorf in the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen, an area of approximately 13 million people within an hour’s drive.
“ Germany is an exciting market with enormous growth opportunities. The Krefeld area alone is larger than Norway and Sweden combined, but with much better infrastructure. Our analyses so far confirm the attractiveness and the demand for modern players, capable of delivering customer value beyond traditional business relocation, is significant,” says Eirik Arnø, CEO of First Mover Group.
“I am excited about this opportunity. Germany is a large market where many companies need to renew and adapt to the future workplace design. I am confident that our Scandinavian background will be well received,” says the incoming general manager for FMG Deutschland Martin Grønberg Myrold.
“We are very pleased to have Martin onboard to head up this initiative. He has many years of experience as a project manager and department manager from Relokator Norway and knows the FMG model well. In addition, for the past 3 years he has worked with workplace development and business relocation projects for Trivago and L’Oréal Deutschland and established a large network in the German market. We are already experiencing great interest from companies in the region and I look forward to following the developments further,” Eirik Arnø concludes.
First Mover Group is a fast-growing company providing tenant advisory, business relocation and assembly services. We offer end-to-end services from future needs and workplace analysis, search for premises, contract negotiation, project and construction management, handle all procurement, logistics planning and coordination and execute the relocation and manage the return of your existing premises.
