VANCOUVER: Karam Minerals Inc. announced the resignation of Michael Malana as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of September 9, 2020.
Mr. Malana has been replaced by Kelvin Lee, who has also been appointed to the Company’s board of directors. The Company wishes Mr. Malana well in his future endeavours.
Kelvin Lee has over 15 years of financial management experience, including as controller of various publicly traded companies. Mr. Lee is a CPA, CGA and holds a Diploma in Accounting (Hons) and a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. The Company looks forward to working with Mr. Lee as an integral member of both the board and management.
