SYDNEY: Johns Lyng Group has signed an agreement with buy-now-pay-later operator Zip Co. Limited to assist owners and managers of the Group’s 70,000-plus strata titles access cutting-edge decontamination products used in the COVID-19 clean up.
Zip allows purchases to be made interest free, with flexible repayment options from as low as $10 per week.

Zoono’s Z-71 Microbe Shield surface sanitiser and Germ Free24 hand sanitiser tested >99.99% effective against the surrogate for the COVID-19 virus, feline coronavirus.
Johns Lyng subsidiary Bright & Duggan manages more than 2,700 strata schemes on the East Coast, incorporating more than 70,000 titles. The product is already in use in strata buildings including domestic dwellings, common areas, and other building facilities.
Johns Lyng CEO Scott Didier said partnering with Zip and Zoono would help Strata Managers and owners keep their properties safe.
“It’s a challenging time in that there is a real desire to ensure properties are safe and clean, but people are also under some severe financial pressure.
“In light of that our partnership with Zip is designed to allow Strata Managers and owners to access this cutting-edge product without paying in full up front. We see it as a win-win situation.”
Johns Lyng’s restoration and remediation business RestorX uses Zoono as part of the deep hygiene and decontamination protocol, used on domestic and commercial buildings and educational and healthcare facilities.
