SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Centrepoint Alliance Limited (CAF), a financial services company, has announced the appointment of Linda Fox as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 December 2023.
Ms Fox has extensive experience as a director and executive in various financial services companies and not-for-profit organisations since 2003.
Ms Fox has expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and financial regulation. She has worked as a chartered accountant at KPMG, a CFO and COO at several global financial services organisations, and a director at Commonwealth Bank of Australia subsidiaries and QV Equities Limited (QVE).
Centrepoint’s Chairman, Simon Swanson, said that Ms Fox would bring depth of knowledge and expertise to the Company and that her background in the financial services industry would be a huge asset. Ms Fox said that she was privileged to join the CAF Board and that financial advice was more important now than ever.
