MERGE, a company that combines storytelling and technology to promote health, wealth and happiness, has announced the acquisition of Zee Jay Digital, a leading Adobe Workfront platform partner. The deal will enhance MERGE’s Adobe platform capabilities and enable it to manage content supply chains more effectively for its clients.
Zee Jay Digital is a US-based company that helps organizations design and implement digital operating models across various functions, such as marketing, creative, sales, IT and PMO’s. Zee Jay Digital is an Adobe Gold Partner with Workfront specialization and has delivered hundreds of client implementations.
Patrick Venetucci, chief executive officer of MERGE, said that the acquisition will unite Zee Jay Digital’s transformational digital operating models with MERGE’s storytelling and technology focus, and will allow for more efficient management of storytelling supply chains for clients.
Eric Rotkow, executive vice president, platforms and Zee Jay Digital founder, said that Zee Jay Digital’s deep knowledge and focus on the Workfront component of the content supply chain will complement MERGE’s vision of marketing leaders.
Tony Sanders, Senior Director, Americas Partner Sales at Adobe, said that the acquisition will give MERGE more marketing domain expertise and consulting capabilities in work management technology, a critical component to reimagining content supply chains.
MERGE will provide an operational infrastructure to support Zee Jay Digital’s growth and will add critical digital capabilities, such as additional platforms, CX and performance marketing. MERGE is creating a modern, integrated model that blends creative, experience and technology solutions.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MergerTech acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Zee Jay in this transaction.
