PARIS, FRANCE: Sodexo, a global leader in food and facilities management services, has announced that it has acquired A.H. Management, a premier convenience solutions operator in the Chicago region and Southeast Wisconsin.
The acquisition will extend Sodexo’s InReach offerings in the fast-growing North American convenience market.
A.H. Management is one of the largest independent operators in the Mid-West, providing a range of convenience solutions including micro markets, vending, office coffee, pantry, water, catering, fresh food and on-site food service. The company is a family-owned business that started in 1939 and serves clients in all business segments.
The acquisition is part of Sodexo’s food transformation strategy to address fast-changing consumer needs and behaviors in hybrid working environments and to reinvent on-site food offers. The acquisition follows the acquisition of Frontline Food Services in 2022, as well as the food tech start-up Foodee and the commissary kitchen model Nourish. Inc in 2021.
With A.H. Management, Sodexo will complement and broaden its multi-channel offerings through InReach, which aims to provide convenient, healthy and personalized food options for consumers at work and at home.
