ATHENS, GREECE: Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE S.A.) has announced that Mr. Charalampos Mazarakis has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM).
The appointment comes after Ms. Dina Tsybulskaya resigned from the position on April 30, 2023.
Mr. Mazarakis, who has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TKRM since 2016, will continue to hold this position in addition to his new role as CEO. He will also remain as the Chief Financial Officer of OTE Group and a member of the OTE Board of Directors.
