SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX: GW1) announced that Craig Lennon will step down as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at close of business on 30 June 2023.
The Greenwing Resources Board will now commence an executive search for CEO candidates with appropriate resource and project development experience.
Greenwing Chairman, Rick Anthon said: “During his time with the Company Craig was responsible for delivering to Greenwing a transformative investment agreement with Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer MO Inc. This transaction has established a valuable partnership with a leading player in the rapidly growing Electric Vehicle sector and we look froward to building on Craig’s contribution to the Company. I would personally like to thank Craig for his hard work and leadership during a period of transition and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Mr Lennon’s exit arrangements are in accordance with contractual obligations.
