AMSTERDAM: Value8 NV’s portfolio-company Kersten (a provider of medical aids) has acquired FullMobility, a news release said adding FullMobility will become part of the new group from 1 April 2021.

The acquisition fits very well in Kersten’s growth strategy. Both companies see a perfect fit in terms of strategy, DNA, client focus and dedication to corporate social responsibility.

Bas Veerman, currently Managing Director of FullMobility, will join the Kersten management team and will be appointed Commercial Director.

FullMobility, founded in 2012, is a supplier of a wide range of mobility aids. The company operates from two offices, with its headquarters in Bussum, the Netherlands.

FullMobility offers the so called Fullconcept, providing customers with full service and making sure customers are serviced in an efficient and smooth way. Full Mobility hosts a distinguishing online portal with which client service can be optimised and, at the same time, costs can be managed.

Since 2019, FullMobility has also provided medical aids under the Social Support Act, Wmo2015.

“At FullMobility we are proud of what we have built up since the start in 2012. In the last five years we have continued to grow and our turnover has tripled. This put us in a good position to consider which party we would like to join. We selected Kersten because of its entrepreneurial vision and shared culture and values. I look forward to our further cooperation,” said Bas Veerman, managing director of FullMobility.

FullMobility realizes a turnover of approximately 3.5 million euro with a team of about twenty employees. Kersten chooses strong strategic partners in order to further expand its activities.

Kersten is therefore very pleased that FullMobility and its employees, will join the Kersten group.
