PropertyGuys.com’s Canadian-made real estate platform expands to South Africa

MONCTON: PropertyGuys.com, one of Canada’s celebrated PropTech pioneers announced its recent international expansion.

The PropertyGuys.com franchise platform and consumer marketplace was selected by South African entrepreneurs for its unique approach to real estate that is built to rival traditional brokerage models.

The deal highlights 122 exclusive franchise territories to be developed within the Master Territory.

The platform will cater to South African buyers and sellers who seek a more transparent and cost-effective real estate solution than the one promoted by most of the country’s largest brokerages.
