LONDON: Gfinity, a world leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announced the launch of a new virtual motorsport website, racinggames.gg. Racinggames.gg, scheduled to go live in Q4 2020, is a platform for motorsport fans to read news, share opinions, and follow the growing number of global virtual racing esports and competitive gaming events that are taking place.

The launch of Racinggames.gg leverages Gfinity’s existing market leading position in virtual motorsport built through relationships with F1, IndyCar, Forza and most recently Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management (ADMM).

It will cover all virtual motorsports including the F1 Esports Series and all existing and future Global Racing Series virtual racing competitions, recently launched in partnership with ADMM.  This will drive the reach of the Global Racing Series competitions and its commercial value with brands, broadcasters and teams.

Racinggames.gg joins Gfinity Digital Media (GDM) that currently comprises three fast growing gaming websites, Gfinityesports.com; Realsport101.com; and Stealthoptional.com, that have more than 10 million users per month combined.

The new site will benefit from the existing relationships the Company enjoys with Venatus and Connatix for programmatic ad delivery, site takeovers and video serving. Racinggames.gg will benefit from the Company’s new content management system and will be supported through Gfinity’s Google backlinking strategy that links the GDM pages together and helps fast track user growth.  It will also have a dedicated YouTube channel and will leverage GDM’s social channels, which achieve more than 20 million impressions per month.

Racinggames.gg will be fully designed, developed and delivered by the internal team behind RealSport101’s motorsports coverage, which has grown its user base from 60,000 in April 2019 to more than half a million motorsport users in July 2020. The content will complement and support existing motorsports coverage across Gfinity’s web channels, by going deeper into more games, tournaments and competitions.

John Clarke, Gfinity CEO said: “Racinggames.gg will satisfy the insatiable appetite amongst gamers for virtual racing news and entertainment-based content. We are committed to creating products that resonate with gamers and deliver commercial value for the Company. Gfinity Digital Media is carving out a strong position in the gamer market and has seen a surge in advertising revenues. Racinggames.gg will be a valuable addition to our portfolio of sites. Gfinity Digital Media is expected to deliver revenue of £2million in this financial year ending 30 June 2021 and the launch of Racinggames.gg will play a positive role in the Company reaching its target of moving into profitability in Q1 of 2021 calendar year”.
