LONDON: Guardian Metal Resources PLC (LON: GMET), a tungsten exploration and development company, said Monday it plans to offer ordinary shares or American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in the United States and pursue a listing on a U.S. securities exchange.
The offering is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, with proceeds earmarked for advancing the company’s tungsten projects in Nevada.
Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising Guardian Metal on the proposed offering and listing.
Guardian Metal, which focuses on strategic mineral development, said the move aligns with its long-term growth strategy and aims to broaden its investor base in North America.
