MILPITAS: Zepp Health Corp. (NYSE: ZEPP), the parent company of Amazfit, has acquired the core assets and intellectual property of Wild.AI, a women’s wellness platform known for its hormone-informed coaching and performance optimization tools. The deal, finalized in late August, includes proprietary technology and select leadership from Wild.AI.
Wild.AI uses physiological and hormonal data to help women “Track, Train, Fuel, and Recover” based on their menstrual cycle and life stage. Its platform delivers personalized insights to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and enhance body awareness for both elite athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts.
The acquisition builds on an existing partnership between the two companies, including the recent launch of a Wild.AI mini-app on Amazfit’s Active 2 smartwatch. That collaboration highlighted a shared commitment to science-backed, user-centric performance tools.
“Our mantra of ‘Train, Recover, Repeat’ found natural alignment with Wild.AI’s mission,” said Scott Shepley, Head of Global Marketing at Amazfit. “Rather than reinventing the wheel, we saw an opportunity to make it run smoother and faster—by integrating Wild.AI’s cutting-edge capabilities into our performance ecosystem.”
Wild.AI founder Hélène Guillaume said the platform was designed “for women first—not as an afterthought,” and praised Zepp Health’s commitment to physiology-informed tools. “Together, we’ll continue to support our community and bring Wild.AI’s science-driven approach to millions more,” she said.
Key features of the Wild.AI app include:
- Daily hormone-aware symptom tracking
- Integration with wearables including Amazfit, Garmin, and Apple Watch
- Adaptive training and nutrition guidance
- Educational content on hormonal impacts
- Monthly trend analysis and performance reports
Zepp Health plans to continue supporting Wild.AI’s app across iOS and Android, maintain compatibility with third-party wearables, and begin a global rollout of Wild.AI features on Amazfit devices, starting in the U.S. The app will remain available to non-Amazfit users, with uninterrupted service.
