The company posted an 8% rise in revenue to $24.1 million, up from $22.3 million in H1 2024

LONDON: MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), a leading provider of communication and radio frequency solutions, reported robust financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, with growth across all core divisions.
The company posted an 8% rise in revenue to $24.1 million, up from $22.3 million in H1 2024. Operating profit climbed 11% to $2.5 million, while net profit rose 6% to $2.0 million. Basic earnings per share increased 17% to 2.50 US cents. Despite dividend payments of $2.9 million in April, MTI maintained a strong financial position with $5.1 million in net cash, supported by a 66% surge in operational cash flow.
The Antenna Division led growth with a 23% increase in sales, fueled by rising global defence spending and demand for 5G backhaul solutions, particularly in India. The division secured major contracts, contributing to a substantial order backlog.
Mottech rebounded with an 8% sales increase, bolstered by new contracts in Israel, the U.S., and Italy. MTI Summit saw a 3% dip in sales due to a service agreement change, though its core RF and microwave business grew 12%. PSK, MTI’s majority-owned defence subsidiary, delivered a strong quarter with multiple contract wins.
CEO Moni Borovitz said, “MTI is well-positioned across water, defence, and 5G markets. Our technologies are aligned with sector growth, and our financial strength and order visibility support a confident outlook for the full year.”
