SYDNEY: Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA), a top-tier Australian IT services provider, announced Wednesday its subsidiary, Cirrus Networks Holdings Pty Ltd, will acquire Blue Connections Pty Ltd in a move expected to bolster its managed services footprint and national reach.
The deal, valued at up to AUD 25.5 million including performance-based earn-outs, will see Blue Connections integrated into Atturra’s operations, expanding capabilities in cloud solutions, network management, and enterprise IT services.
The Melbourne-based firm brings with it a dedicated 24/7 service desk, a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider certification, and a portfolio of mid-market, enterprise and government clients—with minimal client overlap, enabling broader revenue opportunities for Atturra.
Blue Connections is projected to contribute over AUD 2.5 million in EBITDA in FY26 and AUD 3.5 million in FY27. Integration costs are estimated at AUD 500,000. The acquisition is expected to close by 31 August 2025, pending contractual approvals.
Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal said the acquisition reflects the company’s strategy to scale its managed services offering and establish a stronger operational presence in Victoria. “Blue Connections’ skilled team, innovative services, and sustainable credentials make them an ideal fit for our growth ambitions,” Kowal said.
Founded in 1997, Blue Connections also carries certifications in sustainability and workplace excellence, including being carbon-neutral and holding a “Great Place to Work” designation.
