ShareVault, a provider of secure document-sharing solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), an international organization serving middle-market M&A professionals.
The collaboration aims to enhance the due diligence process by integrating ShareVault’s secure platform with AM&AA’s network of dealmakers. The platform offers AI-powered redaction, Clickwrap NDAs, and compliance features such as ISO 27001 certification.
Natalie O’Hanna, managing director at AM&AA, said the partnership would help members navigate diligence more efficiently. “In M&A, delays kill momentum. ShareVault eliminates friction, allowing our members to move faster, stay in control, and close with confidence,” she said.
Steven Monterroso, CEO of ShareVault, said middle-market professionals have often been underserved by legacy providers. “This partnership flips the script, bringing modern tools and AI-driven efficiency to the sector—without the outdated baggage,” Monterroso said.
With M&A deal volumes rising and regulatory scrutiny tightening, efficient due diligence has become critical, the companies said. Founded in 1998, AM&AA serves more than 1,100 members across 25 countries, providing networking and dealmaking resources for transactions valued between $5 million and $500 million.
ShareVault, known for its secure, cloud-based document management, is used by investment banks, attorneys, and private equity firms to accelerate due diligence and streamline transactions.
