
SYDNEY: Atturra Limited, a leading Australian technology services provider, announced plans to acquire DalRae Solutions, a premier SAP consultancy, in a deal worth up to $20 million. The acquisition aims to strengthen Atturra’s expertise in SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP), S/4HANA, and clean core methodologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, Atturra will pay $4.8 million upfront, with additional earn-out payments of up to $15.2 million tied to DalRae’s performance targets through 2027.
The total purchase price reflects a multiple of 6.15 times DalRae’s forecast earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). The deal is expected to close by June 30, pending regulatory approvals.
DalRae, based in Brisbane, is recognized for its innovative SAP solutions and has won multiple awards, including SAP’s Business AI Award and Industry Disrupter Award. The firm specializes in helping clients modernize operations using AI-enabled and human-centered approaches.
“This acquisition is a key step in our strategy to become a trusted leader in the SAP ecosystem,” said Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal. “Combining DalRae’s deep SAP expertise with our national client base will enhance our ability to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.”
Atturra, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: ATA), provides IT services to sectors including government, utilities and financial services. The company expects the deal to boost earnings per share starting in fiscal 2026.
