SYDNEY: Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX:1TT) has announced the appointment of Jade Spooner as the new Chief Executive Officer of the ITT Group of Companies and Brands, effective immediately.

In her new role, Spooner will oversee the entire ITT Group, including the health and wellness social platform Kumu, the Kumu e-commerce marketplace, and the company’s legacy brands and technology suite. This encompasses Sixty, the precursor to Kumu, and ITT’s human resources software platforms, including WooBoard and its work-from-home solutions, as well as the Slik investment.

Spooner brings with her a wealth of experience in marketing and e-commerce, having successfully grown numerous tech start-ups to seven- and eight-figure enterprises. She will play a hands-on role in acquiring and mentoring content creators, influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors for Kumu, leveraging her expertise to drive rapid growth.

Spooner’s accolades include recognition by Deloitte as one of the Fastest Growing Tech Companies, being named Startup of the Year, inclusion in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, and being a finalist for CommBank’s Young Hero Awards. She began her career at Google and co-founded a diet app that achieved an eight-figure valuation and successful exit to private equity in 2022.
