SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Pacific Smiles Group (ASX: PSQ), a leading Australian dental service provider, has announced the appointment of Mr Andrew Vidler as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from 15 January 2024.
Mr Vidler has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, having held senior roles at Wesfarmers Health, EBOS Group, Symbion, Mayne Group and FH Faulding.
He will replace Mr Paul Robertson, who has been serving as Interim CEO since August 2023 and will resume his role in the Executive Leadership Team. Mr Vidler will work with Mr Robertson and Mr Matthew Cordingley, the Chief Financial Officer, to lead the company’s strategic and operational agenda, amid the ongoing interest from Genesis Capital, a private equity firm.
Pacific Smiles Group Chair Ms Zita Peach praised Mr Vidler’s leadership, consumer and commercial skills, and his ability to engage teams and healthcare professionals.
