TORONTO: ECI Technology Group Inc. (ECI), a leading provider of electrical and electronic manufacturing and technical services, has announced the acquisition of Questek Manufacturing Corp., a seasoned US-based manufacturer with over four decades of experience in wire and harness assemblies, panels, control boxes, and PCBA production.
The deal marks a significant milestone for ECI, substantially strengthening its technical capabilities, boosting production capacity, and broadening the spectrum of integrated solutions available to its global clientele. This acquisition also strategically extends ECI’s operational footprint deeper into the US market.
