LONDON: Schroder British Opportunities Trust plc (SBO) confirmed a new private equity investment in CSL Group (CSL), a critical IoT connectivity business.

As part of ECI’s continuation fund, CSL will continue its expansion strategy, including further delivering on its M&A roadmap to enter new verticals, geographies or acquire new technologies.
Commenting on the investment, Tim Creed and Pav Sriharan, portfolio managers of SBO, said: “We are delighted to support CSL alongside ECI. CSL’s proven track record and mission-critical services position it strongly for future growth, and we believe it has the potential to deliver long-term value in an expanding global market for secure connectivity.”
