SEATTLE Cadogan Tate, a global leader in high-value art and interiors logistics, announced today it has acquired Trefethen & Co Bader & Olson (“Trefethen & Co”), a Seattle-based specialist in furniture receiving, warehousing, and installation. The move solidifies Cadogan Tate’s physical presence in the key U.S. Pacific Northwest market.
This acquisition marks the seventh strategic add-on for Cadogan Tate since it was itself acquired by the private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners, signaling a aggressive growth strategy under its financial backer.

By integrating Trefethen & Co’s regional expertise, Cadogan Tate aims to offer a fully integrated, end-to-end solution for managing complex projects involving art, antiques, and high-end furniture.

The combined entity will leverage Trefethen & Co’s established operations in Seattle to serve as a hub for the region. Clients can expect a unified service covering everything from international art shipping and secure storage to the final installation of furniture in both residential and commercial properties.
