LONDON: Huddled Group plc (AIM:HUD), a circular economy e-commerce company, reported an 81% year-over-year revenue increase to £9.48 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, driven by strong performance across its brands Discount Dragon, Nutricircle, and Boop Beauty.
The company also announced that Discount Dragon and Nutricircle achieved divisional operating profit in August, with the Group expecting to post its first net operating profit before head office costs in September.
Nutricircle led growth with a 621% revenue increase and a 768% rise in orders compared to the same period last year. Discount Dragon saw a 10% revenue uptick and a 14% increase in orders. Boop Beauty contributed £1.58 million in revenue following its relaunch in late 2024.
Huddled processed over 292,000 orders in H1 2025, nearly doubling year-over-year, and diverted more than 4 million items from waste.
In Q3 2025, revenue is projected to reach £4.9 million, up 43% from Q3 2024. Nutricircle expects £1.4 million in quarterly revenue, a 146% increase, alongside gains in basket margin and average order value.
The Group raised £1.5 million through institutional investment to support growth initiatives and announced a strategic partnership with THG Ingenuity to enhance fulfilment capabilities ahead of Black Friday.
Executive Chairman Martin Higginson said the company’s trajectory reflects its commitment to sustainable commerce. “Our success in diverting surplus goods from waste while delivering tremendous value to consumers shows that sustainability and savings can operate hand in hand,” he said.
Huddled anticipates Q4 revenue to match or exceed Q3 levels, with H2 losses narrowing compared to H1.
