LONDON: Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, reported its final audited results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, showing solid financial growth and strategic restructuring.
The company posted total revenue of £135.1 million, up 8.3% from £124.8 million in FY24. Recurring revenue rose 9% to £120.7 million, representing 89.3% of total revenue. Adjusted EBITDA stood at £18.8 million, unchanged in margin at 13.9%, while reported operating profit surged 47.5% to £8.4 million. During the year, Redcentric completed the separation of its Data Centre (DC) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) units into autonomous businesses, citing distinct market dynamics. The DC unit has been classified as a discontinued operation under IFRS 5, with the company in advanced negotiations for its potential sale.
The MSP unit remains the Group’s strategic focus, with the Board aiming to build shareholder value through continued development. Leadership changes followed the year-end, with Michelle Senecal de Fonseca appointed CEO in May and Tony Ratcliffe joining as CFO in August.
The company’s 2025 Annual Report and Accounts will be available on its website and distributed to shareholders in the coming days.
