
PHILADELPHIA: Global Indemnity Group, LLC (NYSE: GBLI) announced Wednesday that its subsidiary, Penn-America Underwriters, LLC (PAU), has acquired Sayata, an AI-powered digital distribution platform for commercial insurance.
The acquisition aligns with GBLI’s strategic reorganization of PAU to focus on agency and insurance services. Sayata’s integration is expected to accelerate PAU’s roadmap by expanding distribution channels, enhancing its product portfolio, and deepening technology capabilities.
