LONDON: Crimson Tide plc (AIM: TIDE), the provider of the process management platform mpro5, has named Jon Clarke as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Clarke had served as Interim Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2024. His appointment finalizes board-level changes at Crimson Tide as the firm looks to expand its market presence.
“We are delighted to have concluded the changes to the Crimson Tide board of directors with the appointment of Jon as Chief Executive Officer,” said Chris Fielding, Non-Executive Chair. “He will, I am sure, make a significant contribution to the growth of our Company.”
Clarke began his career at ITV in 2005 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He held roles at Havas Group and Clear Channel Outdoor before founding Viage Limited and Onvi Tech Limited, two startups focused on support services and hospitality technology. In 2024, he served as interim COO at AI startup The Future Fox prior to joining Crimson Tide.
