BRISBANE: PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) announced Thursday the successful merger of its subsidiaries, White Graphene Limited (WGL) and BNNT Technology Pty Ltd, into a single nanomaterials business.
Under the terms of the deal, WGL acquired 100% of BNNT’s shares in exchange for WGL equity. Post-merger, PPK’s direct stake in WGL increased to 49.32%, up from 48.91%. The consolidation aims to enhance commercial efficiency, streamline partner engagements, and reduce overhead costs.
“The merger was a logical step given the complementary nature of the two businesses and the overlap in partner and prospect engagement,” said Marc Fenton, PPK’s Managing Director.
The combined entity will offer a unified platform for boron nitride nanomaterial solutions, simplifying customer and partner interactions.
