LONDON: IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), a software company specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning for manufacturing, has signed a formal agreement with U.S.-based Connection Technology Center Inc. (“CTC”) to co-develop advanced industrial sensing solutions, including dual-branded hardware.

The collaboration integrates CTC’s sensory hardware with IntelliAM’s AI platform, enhancing real-time data analysis for asset performance and predictive maintenance. The deal strengthens IntelliAM’s presence in the U.S. market, leveraging CTC’s manufacturing capabilities, fast lead times and warranties.

IntelliAM CEO Tom Clayton said the partnership advances the company’s goal of providing manufacturers with AI-driven operational insights. “This agreement formalizes a strong collaboration and accelerates our U.S. growth as demand for real-time industrial analytics rises,” he said.

CTC President and CEO Todd Cook called the deal a “major milestone” in bridging industrial assets with digital intelligence. The partnership includes U.S. sales support, with CTC supplying sensors as an authorized IntelliAM partner.

Both companies aim to scale deployment of their joint solution, helping manufacturers optimize performance through data-driven decision-making.
