
ROSEVILLE: Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWKN), a leading water treatment and specialty ingredients company, announced Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of PhillTech, LLC, an Alabama-based manufacturer of coagulants and corrosion control products for water treatment.
The acquisition aligns with Hawkins’ strategy to expand its water treatment business. PhillTech has been a long-standing strategic partner of Hawkins, and the deal is expected to strengthen Hawkins’ production capabilities and market position in coagulants and corrosion control.

Founded in 1938, Hawkins, Inc. formulates, manufactures and distributes products for water treatment, food and health sciences, and industrial solutions. The Roseville, Minnesota-based company operates 64 facilities across 28 states and reported $974 million in revenue for fiscal 2025. It employs approximately 1,100 people.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
