CINCINNATI: Diamond Properties, a real estate investment firm, has acquired two industrial properties in Ohio, strengthening its presence in logistics and distribution markets.
The properties include 621 Wilmer Avenue in Cincinnati, a 79,544-square-foot industrial facility, and I-271 Commerce Center in Mayfield Village, a 90,560-square-foot facility in the Cleveland metropolitan area. Both assets are fully occupied.
Jim Diamond, CEO of Diamond Properties, said the acquisitions align with the firm’s strategy of investing in income-generating properties that support long-term growth.
“These additions reinforce our commitment to acquiring high-quality industrial assets that provide strong returns and strategic market positioning,” Diamond said.
The Cincinnati property, built in 1979, features a newly installed TPO roof with a warranty through 2037 and offers access to major highways, including I-75, I-71, and I-471.
The I-271 Commerce Center, located 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland, is fully leased to two established tenants.
Diamond Properties, which specializes in industrial, commercial, and mixed-use assets, continues to expand its portfolio in key U.S. markets.
