RESTON: pWin.ai, an artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline government and business proposal writing, announced Tuesday it has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by MicroStrategy co-founder Sanju Bansal, Blue Delta Capital and other government contracting (GovCon) industry leaders.
The investment will fuel product development, customer acquisition and market expansion for the startup, which integrates Shipley Associates’ best practices into its AI-driven proposal-writing tools.
Founded in 2024, pWin.ai helps federal, state and local government contractors automate responses to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs). The company claims its software reduces drafting time by 80% while improving win rates by up to 20%.
“What sets us apart is our focus on writing quality—combining AI efficiency with expert methodology to deliver compliant, competitive drafts,” said Vishwas Lele, co-founder and CEO of pWin.ai.
The platform, developed in partnership with Shipley Associates, is already used by companies including Parsons, Astrion, CRL Technologies and Applied Information Services.
“pWin.ai accelerates our proposal process without sacrificing quality or compliance,” said Holly Losh Trombly, corporate vice president of proposals at Astrion. “It’s a strategic tool that enhances productivity while maintaining human oversight.”
The company’s latest update expands its AI capabilities to RFIs and questionnaires, reducing reliance on subject-matter experts for routine responses.
“We’re solving the challenge of long-form proposal writing and extending into sales and contracting workflows,” said Executive Chairman Sanju Bansal.
