NEW YORK: Braze (Nasdaq: BRZE), a leading customer engagement platform, announced Tuesday the completion of its acquisition of OfferFit, an AI decisioning company.
The acquisition accelerates the integration of OfferFit’s multi-agent decisioning engine into Braze’s Customer Engagement Platform. The combined technologies aim to enhance automation and machine learning capabilities, helping brands optimize customer interactions.
Braze CEO Bill Magnuson said the deal expands the company’s AI-driven marketing tools. “We’re delivering marketers a full spectrum of machine learning capabilities built with cutting-edge generative AI and reinforcement learning technology,” he said.
OfferFit’s AI Decisioning Engine personalizes CRM marketing by making individualized decisions for customer outreach, moving beyond traditional segmentation and A/B testing. The company serves clients in telecom, retail, travel and financial services, including LATAM Airlines, MetLife and Wyndham Hotels.
The acquisition follows Braze’s development of Project Catalyst, an AI agent designed to personalize customer experiences at scale, currently in limited beta.
“OfferFit and Braze complement each other perfectly,” said George Khachatryan, OfferFit’s CEO. The Boston-based company, founded by Khachatryan and Victor Kostyuk, was acquired in Braze’s second fiscal quarter of 2026.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
