SYDNEY: Viva Leisure Limited, a leading Australian fitness company, announced Tuesday it has acquired a 33% stake in Gorilla X Labs, a prominent sports nutrition brand, as part of its strategic expansion into the supplements market.
The partnership will integrate Gorilla X Labs’ products — including ready-to-drink beverages, protein powders and supplements — across Viva Leisure’s platforms, including its Supp Society online store and Club Lime gyms. The move aims to provide members with enhanced access to performance nutrition aligned with their fitness goals.
Harry Konstantinou, CEO of Viva Leisure, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s commitment to health and wellness. “This partnership allows us to offer our members the very best in nutrition, supporting their fitness journeys at every step,” he said in a statement.
Gorilla X Labs’ products are currently sold online, in World Gym locations and major Australian supermarkets. The investment was funded through Viva Leisure’s existing cash reserves, reflecting its strong financial position.
Viva Leisure, known for its fitness and wellness solutions, continues to prioritize growth and customer experience. Gorilla X Labs’ offerings will soon be available at www.gorillaxlabs.com.au.
