Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration, announced Thursday its acquisition of DeepConverse, a platform specializing in generative AI-based support automation. The purchase aims to strengthen Workato’s capabilities in AI-driven customer service automation.

DeepConverse, founded in 2016, is known for its expertise in AI-powered search and customer support automation. By joining forces with Workato, the company seeks to empower enterprises with advanced AI-driven tools to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
