SYDNEY: Corporate Travel Management (ASX: CTD) on Friday announced a leadership change for its Australia and New Zealand division, with current CEO Greg McCarthy set to step down on June 30, 2025. Jo Sully, a former General Manager and Regional Vice President for Asia-Pacific at American Express Global Business Travel, will succeed McCarthy.

Sully will join the company on May 5, 2025, ensuring a smooth transition as McCarthy continues in the business until the end of June.

Jamie Pherous, CTM’s founder and Managing Director, expressed gratitude for McCarthy’s leadership over the past seven years. “Greg’s unwavering commitment to our clients, employees, and industry partners has enabled us to navigate periods of significant disruption and emerge stronger and more connected than ever,” Pherous said in a statement.

Sully, a leader with extensive experience in corporate travel, is known for driving innovation, operational efficiency, and client growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Pherous highlighted Sully’s alignment with CTM’s strategic goals, stating, “Jo is well-regarded within CTM, and her skill set is ideal for executing our strategy.”

The transition marks a pivotal step for CTM as it continues to strengthen its leadership team in the dynamic corporate travel sector.
