Voltage Park, a scalable GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) provider offering on-demand and reserved AI infrastructure, announced Thursday its acquisition of TensorDock, a leading GPU cloud marketplace. The move underscores Voltage Park’s mission to democratize artificial intelligence by offering GPU solutions suitable for businesses of all sizes.

TensorDock is widely recognized for its diverse GPU cloud offerings, including NVIDIA RTX cards and NVLink-enabled H100 servers. Known for its competitive pricing—such as $3-per-hour on-demand H100s—the platform has served AI startups with cutting-edge resources for training and inference.
This acquisition enables both companies to expand infrastructure options. The TensorDock marketplace will continue operating, with enhanced scalability ranging from A4000 RTX GPUs to NVIDIA SuperPod clusters.
In the leadership transition, TensorDock founder Jonathon Lei has become General Manager of On-Demand at Voltage Park. Additionally, Melissa Du, previously Director of Customer Experience at Voltage Park, will lead TensorDock as General Manager, while Jaden Wang advances to Lead Engineer.
