archTIS enhances security capabilities with Direktiv acquisition

SYDNEY: archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) announced the acquisition of Direktiv’s technology assets, workforce, and customer base. The acquisition is valued at $750,000, to be paid in three installments over 12 months.

This integration will enable archTIS to incorporate Direktiv’s attribute-based access control (ABAC) technology, enhancing its zero trust security frameworks. The technology aims to secure sensitive data across enterprise systems, data lakes, and applications, providing robust defense mechanisms for regulated industries.

Daniel Lai, archTIS CEO, emphasized the importance of this acquisition, stating it would accelerate product development, reduce time to market, and improve customer experiences.

Key personnel from Direktiv, including Wilhelm Wongiketi and Jens Gerke, will take on leadership roles within archTIS to further innovation and guide technological advancements.

The acquisition positions archTIS to expand its footprint in the global data security industry, offering enhanced solutions to safeguard information in an era of increasing cyber threats.
