Euna Solutions acquires AmpliFund 

Euna Solutions, a leading provider of best-in-class SaaS solutions purpose-built for the public sector, today announced the acquisition of AmpliFund, a leading grant management platform provider. 

This strategic move enhances Euna Solutions’ existing grant management product suite, further solidifying its commitment to delivering innovative and comprehensive tools for government agencies, nonprofits, and other public sector organizations.

Now with a team of over 600 employees serving more than 3,400 customers across North America, Euna Solutions has earned a strong reputation for delivering modern, intuitive software that empowers public sector organizations. 

The acquisition of AmpliFund brings together two mission-driven teams, adding more than 100 skilled GovTech professionals dedicated to serving over 220 customers across North America, including multiple state-wide implementations. Euna will leverage the deep expertise in grant management from both teams to drive innovation for its purpose-built solutions for grantmakers, grantseekers, and organizations looking to streamline full lifecycle grant management.
