Atturra acquires U.S.-based Kitepipe

SYDNEY: Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA), a leading technology services provider, announced today that its subsidiary, Atturra North America Inc., has acquired Kitepipe, a U.S.-based Boomi Platinum Partner. The acquisition aims to enhance Atturra’s data and integration capabilities, particularly in North America.

The deal, executed through a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (MIPA), involves an upfront cash payment of $3.15 million (approximately AUD$4.98 million), with potential additional payments of up to $3.18 million (approximately AUD$5.02 million) based on Kitepipe’s performance in 2025 and 2026. The total purchase price is based on a multiple of 7.5 times Kitepipe’s forecasted EBITDA, with integration costs budgeted at $350,000.

Kitepipe, headquartered in North Carolina, specializes in Boomi integration services, including integration builds, Master Data Hub solutions, and managed services. With over a decade of experience, Kitepipe has served clients across various industries, including biotech, finance, and healthcare, helping them streamline operations and improve data connectivity.

Stephen Kowal, CEO of Atturra, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition. “This acquisition marks an exciting evolution of Atturra’s data and integration capabilities, providing a strong foothold in North America,” Kowal said. “Kitepipe’s deep Boomi expertise will enhance our ability to deliver seamless, end-to-end integration solutions to clients across the ASIAPAC and North America regions.”
