Yojee signs transport management deal with DSV in Australia

SYDNEY: Yojee Limited, a leading logistics technology company, announced Tuesday it has signed a 12-month usage-based services agreement with DSV Air and Sea Pty Ltd, a global transport and logistics specialist, to implement its Transport Carrier Management System (TCMS) across Australia.
The agreement marks a significant step for Yojee, which aims to digitize land freight operations by replacing outdated processes with real-time collaboration, visibility, and control.
The TCMS platform allows businesses to track shipments, optimize routes, and streamline workflows, ultimately reducing errors, cutting costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Initially, the system will be deployed in Melbourne and Sydney, with plans for rapid expansion to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand.
DSV will use the TCMS to manage both its external contracted carriers and parts of its own fleet, handling Full Container Load (FCL) and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) shipments.
Yojee CEO Mark Connell expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “DSV is a company well respected among its competitors for valuing technology solutions, executing on performance, and being a visionary in the global industry. I couldn’t be more excited to work with the DSV team to ensure success.”
The agreement includes a monthly minimum usage fee and a one-off implementation fee for each site. While Yojee does not consider the fees from this contract to be material revenue at this stage, they are crucial for optimal onboarding and customer maintenance. DSV has the option to opt out of the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
Implementation is scheduled to begin in early April 2025, with the goal of fully onboarding three Australian states by the end of the year. The phased rollout will see transaction volumes increase as deployments across each site are completed.
This partnership underscores Yojee’s ability to integrate with enterprise customers’ existing systems, regardless of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. It also highlights the value of Yojee’s network, enabling enterprise customers to collaborate with others on the platform.
DSV, known for its optimized transport and logistics solutions, will leverage Yojee’s TCMS to enhance efficiency, centralize integrations, and improve data quality across its operations.
Yojee, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: YOJ), continues to focus on simplifying freight operations through digital innovation, empowering logistics providers to consolidate complex supply chain networks into a single, intuitive system.
